Click the link in the email and type in a new password.
Then select your account and check your email for the password reset. You can request a password reset by going to /password/reset and then searching for your username, name or email address. If you’ve forgotten your password, Pinterest can send you a link that will allow you to create a new password. You can use the hint to log back into your account or request a password reset. The hint will be listed by your profile picture. First, go to /password/reset, then enter your username, name, or any possible email addresses you might have used for the account. If you can’t log in and have also forgotten the email address, Pinterest can give you a hint. The email address you used to create your account and is the first thing listed in the settings.
